Think this was the 1st of the great bottlings from this killer vineyard. Brite ruby. Aromatics lit up the whole room. Violets, red fruits, sweet spices, cedar, and a touch of vanilla make this complex, finished bottle kick-patootie. Silky entry, weighty center, and a collossal 5-lapper finsh make this a classic. Easy to see why the Spec voted it # 17 in their 95 best of. My first 98/98 for a long time. 45 by the box. 13% alc.WW
