This is the one with 80% SLO fruit and 20% Sonoma fruit. Popped the cork and poured a bit to see what was up. Seemed very closed so decanted and tried. Still not much. Waited about a half hour and still not much. Tannins were dry, fruit was minimal and there was about a nanosecond finish. Glad we only had one bottle, because I'd hate to think we had more of this to look forward to.

Any chance you were a little early KC? Sounds like it was wound up tighter than a drum.

KC haven't tried his new bottling but have found his Olive Hill juice to be uniformly very good to excellent. As my cellar is crammed I'm not shopping for any newbies. Tanks fer the headsupsie. WW

Thought it was a tad closed, IK. However, three hours of being opened and decanted should have done something to make it friendlier.
