Unlike beer, vodka doesn't have to be mixed with anything because of the flavor. It won't make you feel bloated or gassy like beer does. Beer also contains a high amount of calories and is more likely to trigger weight gain than vodka. If you're trying to lose weight, stick with vodka!
But then again, it depends on a person’s own preference.
