Yah. These 2 college kids that had crosses over their eyes from drinking way too much wine way too early in the day were dancing to the band and the cops were leaving them alone and everything was cool until one of the guys whipped off his shirt because some girl was getting dollars stuffed down the front of her shirt while dancing. The guy whipped off his shirt got arrested and the festival continued. All in the day of a festival
