stainless steel containers-volumes - agmaraver - 09-15-2017
Hello everyone!
just trying to learn about the alternative options for aging wine.
I have found that there are many stainless steel barrels (similar in shape and volume of the traditional wooden ones) available in the market, especially in the USA and Australia.
What I don´t know is if this containers have any advantage versus the large stainless steel tanks that are commonly use.
Is this just a matter of the size of the batches to produce?
Maybe a solution for those with space limitations in their wineries (basements low in height)?
