I have a bottle of vintage 1968 cabernet sauvignon produced and bottled by Louis M Martini. I would like to know what it may be worth. Thanks I tried the web site www.wines-searcher.com, but had no luck

I have a bottle of 1978 L. Martini Cabernet and I am also trying to find some information on it. If you find anything, please let me know!

Thanks

Not being able to find any information about your wines may tell you something........

But, then again, it may not tell you anything at all.

Open them up, decant them and give them a try on your palates. If you can get them past your noses and also past the oil for the salads, then you have a drinkable wine.

The 68 Martini ( I'm guessing it's the regular bottling ) is probably over the hill. The last bottle of the 68 SS I had was in 85 and was a very pretty bottle. Could surprise you. Open it as suggested. If you'll go back on this thread you'll find many comments about the collectibility of Martini wines. Too bad , IMHO , but no value. WW
