1975 Chateau Mouton Rothschild - TheEngineer - 11-23-2014
Nice treat to be sure.
This wine was popped and poured, lovely nose, floral, fruit, hints of spices. On the palate, smooth and silky, tannins full resolved, medium + body, a bit hollow mid palate, but the structure comes in and holds it up. If you have any of these, time to drink up while they are still this lovely.
