Peak Organic Nut Brown Ale - Innkeeper - 11-12-2014

Peak Organic Brewing Company, Nut Brown Ale: This tasty brew starts out very smooth, like an English-style Brown Ale. They use Chocolate Malt, Munich Malt, and Hallartau Hops and this gives the ale a crisp, nutty finish.

It is a delectable ale loaded with complex flavors that don’t overwhelm the palate, making it a perfect dark beer for food pairing. Last night we enjoyed it with fried chicken, egg potato salad, and cold slaw.

Found this on tap at the Mountain View Station Restaurant in Center Ossipee last night. This is where we took the family for Thanksgiving. Anyhow, it was very nice with broiled scallops, sweet potato fries. and butternut squash.

This is first time I've seen any Peak brews outside of Maine, and in the deep woods of New Hampshire on tap at that. Yum!
