2007 beaucastel Coudelot de Beaucastel - TheEngineer - 09-08-2013
This was definitely in an awkqard phase right now. Very muted for the vintage, but showing the structure and the spiciness, Medium body, some herbiness but not showing much else. I should have decanted. More likely closed down a bit than a bad bottle. Will revisit in at least a year if not two years
