Off to Ocean City tomorrow morning - Drew - 07-18-2013
Have been drinking very little in the past several months focusing instead on getting in good physical shape. Running 6 days a week and working out with weights like I used to do. On the way to the beach tomorrow, Friday, for two weeks returning on 8/5. Will try to catch up with some tasting notes.

Well the problem's not gone cause I got a kidney full of gravel but I did get back into running and working out so I am feeling pretty good. Lost 10 pounds and back to a 35" waist....Eilleen said I look buff, go figure?
