'08 Chateau La Grange Clinet - Innkeeper - 06-03-2013

2008 Chateau La Grange Clinet ($11.00 Whole Foods, Alcohol level: 12.5%). This chateau made and bottled wine, comes from sustainable farming. It is made from Merlot 57%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, and Cabernet Franc 18%. This is a very lovely wine and is fully mature and worth every cent. I'm finishing it up after a meal of tenderloin steaks in rasher grilled over charcoal and mesquite chips, baked yellow potatoes, and sliced tomatoes that were grown to full maturity in a greenhouse by our local farmer. An absolutely fantastic meal for a Monday night!!!

We would definitely buy more!
