1995 Quilceda Creek CS - TheEngineer - 04-26-2013
Probably a bit more muted than the other wines of the night. Not that it was closed down, but less memorable. Similar in profiles to the 94, a bit more floral than the othesr? Tasting again, same profile but with a distinct austerity at the midpalate. Nothing major, just a small checking out but for me I like that as it adds in the elgance column. Perhaps not showng the best of the night but certainly a very good bottle, again, great balance. If the one characteristic that I have seen through all the wines, its that they balance is spot on. Fantastic stuff.
