2009 Pine Ridge Stag's Leap Cabernet Sauvignon - TheEngineer - 03-10-2013
Probably the most complete of the wines that I tasted today and yet, it is the only one I did not buy. Why? I'm not sure, spur of the moment thing probably but it might say something that I felt.
Great wine and priced competitively. This wine is a good package, great nose, and perhaps more so than others, great texture. This wine has got a density to it that kept the tannins in check, and it is a highly structured wine. Delicious.
