Whoo-hoo! send up the fireworks and open the champagne! I am so happy to be back on our renewed, refreshed, revamped and resurrected wine board! I had some trouble logging in, so I am now GeorgieII. I lost my member status as a "Wine Whiz" but those of you who know me, know that I certainly did not deserve such a title! We are doing ok here, on the western border of Asbury Park, NJ, but let me tell you, Sandy kicked our butts. I was lucky. Only lost a rain gutter and had no power from Monday until Friday. Some friends and neighbors still have no power. So many people near here have lost everything. It is devastating. If you are in a position to help the relief effort, a very reliable place to make donations is to the Greater NJ Conference of the Methodist Church. Checks should be made out to GNJ-Sandy Relief Fund. All of that money will go directly to NJ families. (Not just Methodists) The address is GNJCUMC at 1001 Wickapecko Dr., Ocean, NJ 07712. The Red Cross devours a huge amount of donated dollars in administrative costs. Believe me, ALL the GNJ money is staying right here. But back to happier thoughts. i hope you are all well and drinking great wine. I'll be by often! Kisses and hugs to you all!

Reminds me of a song "Hail, Hail, the gangs ALMOST all here". Glad to see you made it sweet teach. Made this sad day more tenable. WW
