It's about 25 degrees cooler today than it has been lately, so chose to clean the EuroCave...turned it off, lugged a dozen cases to the cellar, letting it air out, will need to replace the filter. Not as bad as cleaning out a refrigerator.

Hotwine, if you lived in the East you could have cleaned the thing out just about every day in May, and the first three in June--never saw so much rain.

Have you ever seen any of the races televised from Hialeah in Florida?
