1965 Wines - Any. with a special interest in (Sorry) Ripple, Boones Farm or Annie Greensprings - for a Reunion

Now THAT would be a great tasting to spring blind on some unsuspecting wine geek! But, seriously, you are not going to find any of those and, if you did, how would you know as they are not vintage dated.

I've got some excellent 1965 Littlemill cask strenghth Scotch on offer...

Frank C welcome to the board. One thing you'll find on this venue is a rampant sense of humor. If your post was made with that intent, God Bless. If you think you mite put this group on " LOL ". WW

FIRST, Thank you to those who took the time to reply. Yes, I am aware that these "wines" are hardly worth the time - but my class (The Class of '65) was not known for its discriminating taste - in anything. The guys drank Ripple mixed with Colt 45 and the girls drank Annie Greenprings(apple or sometimes strawberry). So those would make a great Reunion Prize. It was not my intention to offend - I hoped I would find a sense of humor here (which I did) and some suggestions - so if the nostalgia wines are not available perhaps someone could suggest something good - from the 60's. Most in the Class of '65 have also improved with age.

Would highly recommend one of many available Vintage Ports.

Oh many's the bottle of Boonesfarm I consumed in college from 1970-74! I think it would be a real hoot to receive one for a prize at a reunion! It's a great idea, but I wonder if you'll ever find any after all of this time. Maybe some collector has an empty bottle...
