Considering the shallowness of my cellar, especially in U.S. wines, I'm wondering what two or three wines I ought to take to share with new (and generous!) wine-drinking friends. I'm thinking about bottles of the Elyse Petit Sirah and the Zin, along with a bottle of that tasty Simi Cab.
Any suggestions of what they might enjoy meeting?

Your selections, Tigerwine, should please even the most discriminating of drinkers. The Elyses' are both killer bottlings. Have a ball. You should be a hero. WW
