That's the regional processing center, as well as the offices of the enforcement division (that actually seizes property). I had sent them a 1096 on our part-time housekeeper not long ago.... that form, along with a bazillion others, are probably toast now.

Realizing that my last post was a bit tasteless, I thought Id try it again, I drive by it everyday and actually met someone who was on 183 when he saw the piper airplane smash into the building. It looks small on TV, but its pretty intense when you see it. Im glad there were low casualties...
