My grandmother passed away, I got 5 bottles of very old wine. I'm looking to see how I can find out there value. Any help would be great.
1. Vintage 1980 Pinot Chardonnay Paul Masson
2. Vin De France 1979 Vouvray White Loire Wine
3. Mouton Cadet Bordeaux 1990 Baron Philippe De Rothschild

Thanks

Hi Lucky_flowers, and welcome to the Wine Board. Sorry to say that those wines have no value, and that they did not cost very much to begin with. The Mouton Cadet MIGHT be drinkable, but the whites are most surely vinegar.

The first two should have been drunk about twenty years ago, so they are not worth anything. There is a very slim outside chance the Mouton Cadet may still be drinkable, but I doubt it. It has no real value.

Thanks so much for the info! Sounds like they might be a great gift for my Ex Husband. Ha Ha.

What about any old srarkling wine?
1. Asti-Gancia
2. Domaine Ste-Michelle

Thanks again
Cheryl
