Hi, I'm looking for some fruity wines (red). alcohol content around 13-14% between $10-15.

I like Bonny Doon's Clos de Gilroy, it is in your price range, can't remember the alcohol content tho. Also, Blue Franc is a fun wine. You can get it from Steels Shooting Star label or Hogue's Genesis label. There are others also, but I am not sure of their availability. I know the Shooting star label is in your price range and the alcohol is 13%. I am not sure about the Genesis label, but would guess it is also in your price range. There are more, but these are two of my favorites right now.

Also try Gallo Sonoma or J. Lohr Valdiguie...it's the grape we used to call Napa Gamay.

Don't know where you live but if you can find Italian Refosco or Merlot from the Friuli region, give them a try.
