- james.ramey - 01-22-2001 I have a question which is probably a dumb one. This is my second post and since my first one i have been coming regularly to read and learn more about wines in general. But this is one question i havent seen so here it is: When storing wine do you have to turn them ever so often? If so how often do I have to do it? Any suggestions would be helpful. jr - Innkeeper - 01-22-2001 Have never seen such a recommendation, except during the manufacture of Champagne. Seems, that if the storage conditions are right, the least disturbance possible would be best. - chittychattykathy - 01-23-2001 IK is right on, it's best to let them rest! - james.ramey - 01-23-2001 hey thanks for the help....... i'll just let them be. jr |
