We just inherited a 1973 6L bottle of Mouton-Cadet Baron Philippe de Rothschild Red Bordeaux. The lable is in perfect condition with a very small amount of leakage from the cork. Wine level is just to the bottom of the neck. No history on how this bottle has been handled...Any idea on a value for this item?
Thanks.

Hi Techgirl and welcome to the board. Hate to be the bearer of bad tidings but Mouton Cadet is a wine bought by the venerable Rothschild from many sources and meant to be drunk young. To compound the problem, even the 1st growth Mouton from this miserable vintage is undrinkable. No Value but you mite invite some friends over and have a discovery tasting. WW
