- ShortWiner - 12-12-2002 Had this a couple days ago. Think it was about $12 here. I'd read all the adoring posts but had never tried it myself. Must say I was thrilled. What a great wine! Incredible body, fruit like a warm bowl of, well, fruit. Cinnamon. Yummy. Thanks for a great recommendation. - Kcwhippet - 12-12-2002 That one's always been a perennial favorite around our parts, too. It's not a wine you have huge expectations from, but it always delivers a good QPR. - Innkeeper - 12-12-2002 I call it the "Can't Decide Wine." When I have no idea what-so-ever to match with something I pop a MOVR. Never fails. Craig called and offered me some Lot #30 the other day, buy still had a half box of #29 in the cellar. Will get some #30 later. - Kcwhippet - 12-12-2002 Did I miss something? Who's Craig? - Innkeeper - 12-12-2002 My wine broker. |
