12.5 % alcohol; dark garnet color
Fragrant nose of dark fruits. Palate of tart cherries and blueberries. Smoothed out by second or third night and was less tart, more velvety. Medium-long finish. Nice enjoyable drink but less complex than some Moulin-a-Vent I've had. Had with thrown together meals of beef vegetable soup and tossed salad.
