After reading these recent postings on Cru Beaujolais, I just couldn't stand it any more. Dredged this sucker up from the more than three mixed cases of crus still languishing in the old storm cellar. The label and neckband are covered in mold and are in really bad shape due to the 96% humidity in there, but the temp is perfecto for red consumption at 65 degrees. Wow! A burst of bruised, overripe fruit says, "Let me out!" Heavenly nose, no heat now from the alcohol (13%), this baby is ripe right now; if I keep 'em much longer they could die. We must make some sacrifices in this life, so will consume without further delay.
