A half bottle priced at $14.99 (sale price) at Macarthur Beverages in DC where prices tend to run a bit higher than norms. Kermit Lynch import.
Pale salmon color. Subtle rhubarb on palate. Presents as completely dry.

On the second evening the rhubarb has morphed into strawberry-rhubarb and the wine seems fruitier. Didn't get to finish the last glass as a gnat(?) invaded the glass while I was in the kitchen. Nasty gnat. Guess he chose to commit suicide in a winey grave.

You let a gnat keep you from drinking the wine!?!?

Li'l critters don't drink much. Let 'em have their share and get on with it.

Gnats add protein.

Thanks for the notes. I picked one up at Kermit Lynch when I was last at Berkeley.
