Sitting on the deck tonight enjoying a cigar and reading Smoke magazine, I see on page 35 an advertisment for "The New Sotheby's Wine Encyclopedia", a book by Tom Stevenson heralded as "Required Reading". If it's the one and only...congrats Tom! I have the book. I don't want to swell his head, but it is a nice read.
