I'm out of here in about half an hour, I will check in a couple times next week between dress rehersals for Kama Sutra: The Musical and gorging on cheap Argie beef (sorry HotWine)...

Have fun, Roberto. That Argie beef is good stuff; prefer it to the cheek-by-jowl midwestern feedlot variety, anyway. But the absolute best IMNSHO is South Texas grass-fed critters...so sweet, they make you feel guilty eatin' 'em (almost).
