- redandwhite - 10-23-2005 I want to throw a dinner event for about 20 people and I want some wine to be in my menu as I serve a 3 course meal but I'm not a hundred percent sure what kind of wine would go well with the meal. I was going to start with appetizers wich is a Tomato-Zucchini Bread and Potatoes with Rosemary. After that comes the main course which is Spicy Lamb Chops with Fresh Peppers and Basil. Then for dessert I was going to make Raspberry Filled Almond Cookies with Chocolate Mousse. I haven't got a clue what kind of wine would be great with which meal. Can you help me out?
