I just got a case of this in last week. It is a stunning value. I paid $17 at Wine Exchange.
2004 Mourchon, Cotes du Rhone Villages Seguret, Grande Reserve, France, $18: This is a serious Cotes du Rhone and a terrific value. The wine is packed with blackberry and currant aromas and flavors, with traces of earth and garrigue. Buy by the case; 89/90.
