Good Grief! This must be one of those wines Bucko complains about as being over-extracted fruit bombs. Used it with leftover pork loin etc., and had a hard time finding the food under the wine. Alcohol was 13.9%, about $11 at the discounter. Just not my cup of juice. Have another bottle, if anyone needs a clay pidgeon.

But did you like it?

No.

Another of Gallo's brands.

Should have guessed. Thanks, KC.

I've always been a fan of overblown syrah/shiraz on occassion just for sippin', but not with food.
