Subject line asks question. I have one large store (Total) that has just gotten the 03 but they're 1-1/2 hr. drive. After the post here about how bad the 03 Rhones were in general, I'm scared about not having enough 01 in storage. Should I be driving to all the local stores, gathering up 01 P45s a few at a time or is the 03 just as good?

Tasted it at the shop - didn't like it.

Found a bottle of 03, opened it along with an 01 and we didn't like it either. Found it hot with alcohol and light on fruit. Drove around and managed to scavenge a case and a half of 01. Hopefully that and a half case of 99s will get us through the drought til the next decent vintage appears.
