My guess is that this baby is a long dead soldier. Pop it open and have a 911 on hold in case its a bomb. I would have a back up wine if you are intending on serving it.

LQ, As Barnesy says, this one went ovwe the hill a long time ago. I suggest you list all of these really old wines in a single post. So far, it looks like your friend has a bunch of wines that should have been drunk many, many years ago. You should be aware that at least 95% of all the wines made in the world are made to be drunk within a few years of the vintage date.
