Another from the very ripe 2003 vintage, M-S-R, and one that I've never heard of (though that for me would be the majority of wines... )

This one was rather nice. Nice aromatic nose of apricot, green apple and a zestiness. Light pale hay color. Simple and clean with a nice minerality to it. Ripe and plump to be sure but there is a nice acidity (almost tart in nature) to keep everything in check. Medium length finish with a little bit of a dip in flavour after the initial taste. $20.99 per btl and 7.5% ABV. Acidity is higher than in several other 2003 Rieslings that I've had but balance is still good.

Paired with Salmon tonight.
