I haven't seen any posts about this really interesting domain. Not only do they turn out inspired versions of the Alsace varietals (riesling, pinot gris, etc.), they have a series of assemblages with descriptive names. One of my favorites is called "Saveurs Printanières" (spring savors). A very complex bouquet with an interesting mix of sweet and bitter, notes of pineapple and litchee and honey but also spice and bark.

Also tasted not too long ago their vintage Crémant d'Alsace extra-brut from 1996 - made with 90% riesling! Really delicious.
