- ddf68 - 02-01-2001 This one has some residual sugar and is fairly sweet for a normal, i.e. not SGN or VT, Alsatian Riesling. However, acidity levels were adequate to keep the wine in balance and give some definition to the fruit flavors. It was a decent match for sweet potato raviolis but what it really wanted was some Thai chilis to rub up against. ddf |
