- wondersofwine - 08-27-2007 A.P. No. 2 576 537 13 05 Mosel wine Riesling 8.5% alcohol Pale straw color. Cutting acid with citrus tones of grapefruit and lemon juice. Balanced and tasty. Distinguished from Sauvignon Blanc by a floral Riesling perfume. This would easily cut through a rich cream sauce such as in Rahmschnitzel but I enjoyed it with porkchop and applesauce. Imported by Winesellers Ltd., Skokie, IL.
