Another foray into small producer NV.
Not one I'd seek out.
It had a nice enough nose, but was a bit sour, a bit disjointed, and a bit short on the finish. I'm glad I drank it, but wouldn't search out again. I preferred the Piper NV from the other night, which I didn't particularly care for.
