- TheEngineer - 08-16-2006 Had dinner with a colleaque in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Fresher than anticipated, still rather fresh and lots of red fruit at the front but with a bit more are, became a bit more aromatic, woody, leathery, but never entirely rustic. Prefer the 94's. - dananne - 08-16-2006 Agree about the '94s -- the Gran Reservas are drinking wonderfully right now, and many will continue to hold up for some time. - wondersofwine - 08-16-2006 Maybe it's time for me to open my 94 Baroja Gran Reserva. I think I will save it until fall and plan a meal around it. |
