Bright and finely sculpted to its core, the Blanc de Blancs d’Aÿ sizzles with real tension. Lemon peel, mint, green apple, chalk and crushed rocks abound in a striking, laser-focused Champagne that hits all the right notes. Dosage is 8 grams per liter. Disgorged: June, 2018.
