Wink Malaperé & Carbades in Languedoc
Hello

I had a debate regarding some innovation young hip producers from the Languedoc yesterday with a Sommelier from Copenhagen.
At the end we talked about Malaperé & Carbades - neither of us could name one young trendy innovating producer from the two regions.

Do you know any?

The rest of the Languedoc & Rousillion is packed with small artisan producers, a melting pot for VIn Nature / Bio / Organic viticultre.

Thanks from Denmark
