- Georgie - 05-01-2003 Just got home from choir practice and decided I absolutely had to have something to soothe my tired vocal cords. This is heavenly stuff. I haven't met a Port I didn't like yet. - Bucko - 05-01-2003 Drinking some Fonseca 20 y/o Tawny as I type. I wondered what the shrill noise was..... ahem. Very cute. - barnesy - 05-03-2003 I sing wonderfully, the cats just seem to not like it....nor do the birds, neighbors, county police, the cruelty to animal society, but what do they know... Anyways, Taylor fladgate's LBV's are my favorite. I am still seeking out the '94s wherever I can find them. Barnesy - Glass_A_Day - 05-13-2003 IMHO the 96 is even better. - Duane Meissner - 05-13-2003 What type of choir do you sing in? DM - Georgie - 05-13-2003 This one is church choir. Also sing in an oratorio choir. Recently dropped my membership in an audition concert choir. - hotwine - 04-07-2005 Picked this up for about $20 a week ago and just now popped it after an easy supper of smoked turkey sandwiches on Provalone, whole wheat, and shredded rabbit food with Picpoul de Pinet. A very nice Port indeed, nothing too complex, just a nice fruity-chocolatey sipper to bring on happy dreams. (I really shouldn't have a second glass, but she's outside watering plants and not watching.....) - Georgie - 04-08-2005 Go for it, Hotsie. I'm out of Port at the moment. Reading this makes me want to go get another bottle tonight! |
