Have had this one collecting dust for a few and decided last night it was time.

Where's the BEEF?!
Subtle nose.
More subtlety on entry.
Quiet as a churchmouse on the palate.
Stirring a bit on the finish, then poof! Gone!
Maybe it'll come around tonight.
Maybe.
