Ordered this with a cheese selection of Stilton and Tomme de Savoie. The restaurant really goofed on the cheese course. They brought two cheeses but I already had taken a bite before they told me they were out of the Stilton and the cheese they tried to pass off as Tomme de Savoie was not that at all but some bleu cheese. I didn't like the cheeses well enough to eat them and they took it off my bill but it still defeated my purpose in trying Stilton cheese with Port.

The Colheita was a dark crimson color and nearly opaque. It had a prune/fig flavor and a touch of blackberry mash. It had some "bite" to it.
