Three different dishes:
Chicken sauteed with pineapples and soy sauce
Chicken chow mein
What I've been told is called "three hapiness" Beef, pork, chicken and veggies sauteed in a "secret" sauce.
Any help in the wine department?

Lambrusco, Sangue di Giuda or other just off dry sparkling RED will work nicely.
