Another newbie for me. The Felton family have been grapegrowers in the Lodi-Mokelumme River region for 5 generations. Musta' learned sumpin' as this is GOOD stuff. Deep opaque almost black. Nose of blue, straw, and black berries with some racy spices and vanilla notes. All come over on the palate along with some solid acidity and tannin to add structure. This lil' hummer is now heading the Weeners cellar sweepstakes. 91/90 15 by the box. 14.5% alc. WW

As stated in the Napa Cellars post I bought a box to decide which zinnie-poo will adorn me cellar as an ever-day drinker. WW

In had this at a trade tasting in Seattle two weeks ago. Clunky name but pretty nice juice. It finished a tad short but it's a fulsome thing on the palate. Definitely second the suggestion.
