Popped this in Ocean City and paired with grilled pork tenderloins.
The wine overall seemed a little closed and I hate to admit it but maybe bottle shock from the trip down??? anywhey.....almost opaque black/cherry color, beautiful. Nose of blueberry, raspberry, vanilla and some alcohol. Like flavors that are a little hot from the big alcohol, 15.6%, $18. This is an interesting wine from the blueberry flavor profile viewpoint but not a winner re. to food pairing as we popped a '99 Cline Zin and it was the favorite hands down among the four of us.

The Cline 99 is a great P/Q as usual. The 97 single-vineyard Gallos' are arriving! WW
