- winoweenie - 04-03-2002 The master cab craftsman has expanded his expertise into the wonderful world of zinfandel. This bottling has about as much stuffing as you can pack into a bottle without using grape concentrate.Dense spicy raspberry, blackberry, and ollaliberries packed into a core of spicy vanilla, and with a modicum of allspice thrown into for good measure. Soft and ready now, it has enough structure to go another 5. A 14.3% alcohol content keeps this from becoming hot on the lengthy finish. Good Juice. WW - winoweenie - 02-10-2003 Had another of these beauties last nite with a gtilled hamburger. Has softened immensly and the rounded tannins have integrated with the aboundant fruit to make for an outstanding bottle Should hold for another 2-4. A great Amador Zinski! WW |
