the first is a potato salad with red onions, hard boiled eggs, thyme, and dijon mustard
second is a pasta salad with turkey, corn, and ranch style dressing
i'm looking for pairing suggestions for either or both.
thanks!

Dozer,

For the first salad, I would recommend a nice chard or a white Burg.

The second one I'm interested in other's response. The ranch dressing I don't know...maybe a Gwertz? Sauvignon Blanc?

When in doubt, go with something that sparkles!

A Prosecco would fit the bill, as would an inexpensive domestic sparkler, like Gruet. A Cava would probably be fine, too. If it were me, I'd try the Prosecco and just do it with both of 'em.
