We have an excellent search function on this board. Just enter each food in a general (not specific) way and you will find plenty of recommendations. For example there are four pairings for French Onion Soup. - wdonovan - 11-14-2006 I'd have no trouble pairing to this menu. This one screams for an all-bubbly wine list. For a 2 wine menu: NV Brut with the entree, soup and plat principal, Braschetta d' Acquii with dessert. Three wine: NV brut with the first 2 courses, and a decidedly heavy Champagne (Bolly NV or a vintage wine with some weight) with the salmon and / or chicken (A brut rosé could work equally well with the chicken). Still gotta go with the Bd Acquii with the chocolate. |
